Pour in water, colour or leave clear, add stones, glitter, flowers etc. Pour on 1cm of any vegetable oil. Place wick in float, put float on oil which has risen to the surface. Wait 30 seconds and light.
Why not add a few drops of essential or fragrant oil to the vegetable oil to give off a gentle scent? Great for weddings, parties and events.
